Looking for some suggestions for things to do in the Myrtle Beach area. We are staying in South Myrtle the first full week of June. This year my wife and I get to go by ourselves, with none of our 4 kids. We are kind of worried we will get bored as we aren't used to more than a day or two away from the chitlins.

Restaurants?
Activities/Attractions?
Anything interesting?

When we went with the kids last year, the only real place we went was to Barefoot Landings, which we will probably do again, either that or Broadway at the Beach. Also, we went to Murrell's Inlet which was nice, will probably hit that up again as well.

We aren't big seafood eaters...well I should say I'm not. I am willing to go to a Seafood place as long as the steak filet is good or they have a lot of other things than seafood.

We don't have a ton of money to spend, but are looking for some interesting things to do/see.

Other than adding in some mini-golf, not sure what else to do other than relaxing on the beach all day.

Thanks!

smoke cigars on the beach and sleep in with the wife
after you wake up, stay in bed a little longer
sounds fantastic to me

That is part of the plan, but we like to get out and do things, especially in the evening.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huntington_Beach_State_Park  It's just down the road, on Route 17, from Myrtle Beach
There are a lot less people at this beach compared to all the tourists in Myrtle Beach. I have personally never been to Huntington Beach State Park but my buddy has been with his family and they liked it.
