I checked yesterday when I saw this story... against all odds, I'm on there... no one else in the family is... kinda makes me think it's a sting operation...

Actually, the odds are good, they spammed TF out of literally half the country, lol... I could have swore I got that call, I'm offended I wasn't on the list. Mine might have been a resort or something.

also, your way didn't work, at least for me... 3rd and 4th option both gave me a confirmation number, but that number wouldn't work on the first option screen... it just said the claim was filed...

Once you have the confirmation number, then you have to fill out the online form, or fill it out physically.

My number was on there, but I would have guessed that it was since I get nonstop telemarketers any more.

It's a legit lawsuit. Whether or not people ever receive a dime remains to be seen.

I checked both my numbers and the home phone number was on there. My home line is a magnet for telemarketers, for some reason.
