Man I remember back when all that land at Sienna Plantation would flood and the 59 bridge just past university/telfair had water on both sides all the way to that canal just before first colony. Sugar Land will be fine though, the Brazos has to raise up to 50+ feet before it's affected and by the looks of the river we should be in good shape unlike last year May when we got hit with flooding in the north plus those bad storms.
