Went to Luna Modern Mexican restaurant and had Carnitas De Lechon Pibil: Banana leaf steamed pibil pork carnitas. Fried plantan rice. Frijoles de la olla. Pico de gallo. Fresh guacamole, smoked chile de arbol salsa, warm tortillas...

Had apple pie a la mode with a sliver of banana cream pie back at the ranch...too hot (93 outside) to smoke by 9:00pm so the boys took a rain-check on the cigar. It'll be down in the low 80's soon, so I guess I'll fire up a Tat Cojonu 2012 also...

I'm soooo stuffed....
