How come adds that denigrate white people are not racist? I boycott the products that show white people as being stupid in their adds. These type of adds seem very prevalent, yet nobody cries about them. Maybe I will buy dove to balance things out.

Totally agree with you. Most ads today feature white men, especially fathers, as idiots. The intent is for humor and I get that, but you are right... they are becoming more and more prevalent. When you start to watch for this kind of thing, you'd be surprised at how many you never noticed before. Kind of shocking.

While I agree that the ad is much ado about nothing how could an ad executive not foresee the fallout? Dude, you're fired.
