RIP Max...sorry for your loss Jade

Never imagined being a cat owner /caregiver either, until two cute little fur balls came out from behind our barn years back. My wife knew of my fondness for cats (NOT) and said...I'll take them to the shelter on Monday, I then replied....well we both know what their fate will be if we do that. These two have indeed caused me to reconsider my take on cats as a pet.
These two are great cats, the one we call Lucky ( other being Louie ) is truly a people cat and very sociable in that he really likes to " hang out " with we humans, rather it be while I enjoy a cigar in the manhole or enjoying a bonfire.

Yupper, a Louis cat. These two are more like dogs than cats and maybe that has something to do with our min-pin mix Toby...who helped raise the little sh*ts. But these guys come when you call them by name and get along well with both dogs, our Toby and my Mom' dog Chloe whom we adopted with her passing.
