Butler went to college with my boys. Small school and they have nice things to say about him personally. We were disappointed he didn’t get in.

But Malcolm Butler didn't play one snap for the Pats on defense last night! Not one.

3 years ago as an unknown he saved the game against the Seahawks, developed into a star, had a so-so year this year but still better than 80% of cornerbacks in the league.

We may never get the scoop, but it proved to be very costly as the Eagles went at lesser players (Eric Rowe, Jordan Richards et al) all night, especially on third downs.

Sure would love to know what happened.
