I would jokingly suggest it's one of our speedo-wearing brothers, but someone's mangina would get hurt. The race card would be dropped, there would be mention of a rare disease and altitude. All because someone's mangina was hurt and a speedo got bunched into a wedgey. So of course there would be deflection and personal attacks.
So instead I'll jokingly suggest: Goat would hit it!
