a young cop was murdered by a "career criminal".

The shooter had over 100 charges over his 29 years breathing.

From capecod.com:
According to the records, Latanowich has faced nine assault-related cases, six of which involved dangerous weapons. He had at least three firearms related offenses and one charge of armed robbery.

He also had five drug related cases.

Yet he was out and free.
Able to hide in an attic fleeing from a warrant.
Able to shoot dead a 32 year old rising star just doing his job.

It ain't the gun.
It's low life's like this that kill people.
It's our hypocritical court rooms and lame fuqing judges.

Career criminal?
Shouldn't EVER be such a thing.
Career inmate. Yes.
Dead piece of sh*t. Yes.

Agreed. Our justice system rarely hands out justice any more.

Agreed TG. The powers that be want to disarm the hard working good guy, and put us in prison for years for possessing a scary looking rifle or a magazine that holds too many rounds.

But, a career criminal caught with an illegal/stolen firearm gets slapped on the wrist and released. Criminals and the mentally ill stopped by NICS trying to purchase firearms are never prosecuted. Yet the law abiding gun owner and the NRA are always the ones blamed for the failure of our government and courts. So sad that so many of the uninformed are swayed by the propaganda they are fed.

there is tremendous sadness in Eastern MA.
just looking to arrest the guy on parole violation(s).

If the gun was stolen, I'd like to see charges against the original owner.

So should someone steal your car, and kill someone with it, then you're ok with being charged with something?

I was at a job once, way back when I did plumbing stuff, where someone broke into a house and wrapped a chain around a gun safe, ran the chain out a window to a 4wheel drive truck and pulled it thru 3 walls down the street..
If someone with his guns killed someone should he go down..?? 😕

#19 Drafter-

I'm not an anti gun nazi, but that's pretty extreme.

I hear a lot of stuff about having enough laws that should prevent guys like this filth from getting his hands on a weapon, and what if those laws work, only to have him get a hot gun on the street or even worse, right out of some careless guy's night table drawer?

Would you entertain the idea that there is a difference?
