if i win a lot let say on Tuesday and my shipping is set on Tuesday i know it will go out the following Tuesday but if i change my shipping frequency too Wednesday after i won the lot on Tuesday will it be shipped that Wednesday or the following Wednesday

Keep in mind that many people BECOME rich BY being cheap pricks. Increasing your income is LESS important than decreasing your (non-essential) spending.

Increase your income by $1 - after income tax you're up maybe $0.75 (depending on tax bracket).
Decrease your spending by $1 - you're up the full dollar.

Not spending is like getting a TAX-FREE raise or bonus at work. This is an excellent way to slowly become rich.
