Got a question folks, earlier this week i received some sticks that i won on the auction, upon receiving them i noticed they were molded, i contacted customer service, and sent the requested pics over and still havent received any response regarding the return/exchange.

Have any of you guys experianced this before? And if so what am i to expect? Am i SOL!

Not a platinum member, but i use to purchase a lot from CI's in the past. But that doesnt matter!

By mold i mean mold, white fuzz covering the head.

Carlos torano virtuoso was the specific cigar.
