I'm up a little late myself.

Picked up a new proxy client last week. One of my clients is a realtor. She picked up a banker who liquidates foreclosures. We just started our first house for him. Had to write 5 estimates after I came in late taking care of some loose ends for this job.

I need to find someone who can create some custom Quickbooks templates so I don't have to add in all the terms and crap for each new estimate.
