I LOL'd at MXC (Most Extreme Elimination Challenge) when they did an episode where one team was all academics, and they introduced one female contestant as "Professor Ann Maryann from Uncharted Isle University", an obvious corruption of "The Professor and Mary Ann" from the theme song.

Another bit of fun: MST3K had an episode where they mocked "This Island Earth", an old sci-fi movie. Russell Johnson (the guy who played The Professor on Gilligan's Island) had a part in it. When he appears on-screen for the first time in the movie, he walks over to someone and opens his mouth to speak, and Crow blurts out, "what's this 'AND THE REST' crap?!?!?" Bwahaha, love it.
