That scary place (thanks, Pudding) has a decent Asylum sampler today, 10 for $34 w/free shipping.

Well going back all the way to the original post, the master blend 3 deal is back up at the master blend 3 place. One day only this time 23 more hours to go as of this post.

Under normal circumstances, this is one of the best deals you will ever find for cigars on the internet. These, however, are not normal circumstances. With the closeout deals on the room 101 Chief cool arrows and the two different roxxos, I have to agree with Pudding Mittens and any money I send that way is going to go to the room 101s.

If nothing else we know the room 101 cigars were truly limited editions, that they are no longer being made, and that they, at some point, will disappear forever. The master blends, on the other hand, appear now to be a permanent fixture. A wonderful fixture, but one we do not have to rush out to buy thinking that it will be gone for good soon.

Smoked a MB3 Churchie last night that had almost 4 years on it.
Very good cigar that took over 2 hours to smoke. Only two relights and one correction, and it was rainy/ drizzly the whole time.
Been trying to steal some Robs here...........got close a few times, but no cigar.........heh

They do age very well. Whenever I get a new batch I give them about a months rest then try few to make sure the quality is s there (always has been so far) then I put the rest at the bottom of the stack and move the others up. I think the torps benefit the most which is good since they are my least favorite. I think the double robs are my fave's, but the Churchills are great for a long smoke.

King, rainy/drizzly is a very challenging environment for a cigar, because with each puff you're drawing very wet air all throughout the cigar's length. That the MB3 performed so well in such an adverse environment says good things about it.

midmofan, you're doing what software devs call "FIFO", (First In, First Out). It's the best way to deal with a hoard of cigars from different eras when they're all known to age well. I do it myself!

ALERT,ALERT!

For the first time in a long time, no 101 Cool Arrows or MC3's have been on special for two whole cycles of special free-shipping deals you-know-where.

This COULD mean that the stock is getting too low to put it on the super-special-free-shipping deals. They still list them for purchase but not at the extra-extra discount and no free shipping (get the $5 Trinidad Shirt if you order...).

Maybe not, perhaps they are just taking a break, but if you haven't ordered any yet, I would.

On the plus side, there are still several specials for "Angry Elfs..."

Unfortunately, the place you speak of has begun collecting 10% sales tax from California orders... It's a shame, I really liked ordering from them...

Nobody is trying to "protect" a deal. You are not allowed to mention other cigar websites in this forum. Those who ask nice, usually get...

Yeah, that is a heck of a deal actually, especially on the Petite Robs, my favorite vitola for the Le Bijous.
Shot my budget for the month unfortunately.

Yes sir, my budget has suffered as of late but I had to have a box of the petites.

Also, the deal that started this thread, the MB3 deal at the MB3 place, is back on... today only!

Well, you know the drill by now. The MB3 deal is again on another one-day sampler special. However, if I was going to purchase a sampler from that deal today, I think I would spend just a bit more and go for the "nocturnal beast" offering. It has 5 of my favorite size of MB3 (the double robusto) but also some Oliva Vs & V Melanos and the Monticello that I have not tried yet.

Nevertheless, If getting anything over there, still probably would be another box of 101's. Seasoning the cedar in coolador #2 as I type!
