I've paid more than full price for many cigars here in SoCal...the tobacco tax and regular sales tax adds another layer of cost to the MSRP that most B&M's here charge for their stock...I'm paying for the chance to try a cigar that I can't find as a single elsewhere, or that I need to fill space and can't wait the week of so transit time from an on-line dealer...
It's always good to meet up with a CBid BOTL at a smoking lounge for a herf, and the price for the privilege is to pay full freight plus for 2 or more smokes...
