I have never heard a compelling argument against 'outlawing' 100 round mags like the Dayton POS used. (I'm also fine with finding a way to restrict or eliminate AK/AR style weapons, though I understand the challenges in writing such a law.) Limiting mags to 5 or 10 on all small arms makes too much sense to me...hard to believe it hasn't been enacted more widely already. I fully recognize it isn't going to prevent but jobs from killing people. But it just might limit some casualties without any Constitutional problems, IMO.
If I go duck hunting I have to plug my shotgun so I can't load more than three shells for chrissakes....never considered that a Second ammendment infringement
