Kinda hoping for rain and push back till Tuesday. I gotta work tonight and Monday night. It's gonna be another no sleep day if they're doing it tomorrow.

Stupid busy at work and as always we're short staffed. Short by two already for tonight. And Monday we're doing 4 open hearts, and only have 4 nurses on... should be fun running that show on no sleep.

My understanding is hospital understaffing is a fairly consistent problem across the board

Maybe that's why RN's make a boatload of $$$ here in CA.

I think they do most places. Although they way places are shedding doctors for Physician Assistants, there may be doctors to step into the RN role. 😁

RN shortage here in Central Florida.
