[sarcasm] Ok, so I took a long sabbatical from here, and worked on creating a local group of BOTL’s. We are now 7 strong at my work, and are enjoying good cigars and writing up reviews on them. The last one I reviewed was one my buddy picked out, not a normal stick I would have usually even looked at. Anyway, to make a long story short, I have discovered that I enjoy some light cigars. I never expected that to be the case.

I'm a fan of flavor. Strength is secondary for me.

I'm just a horrible Cuban cigar snob. Very few offerings outside Havana of which I am a big fan.

Yeah I still like a good Connecticut every once in a while. I graduated away from those and am now a full bodied maduro junkie. 🇨🇮

I love Maduros, but I found that on occasion a Connecticut is quite delicious.

I think my fav Connecticut as of late is the Dunbarton Sobremesa Brulee. 2nd and 3rd would be My Father Connecticut and the Fratello Oro. I've also heard the Aladino Connecticut is really good too but haven't pulled the trigger on any of these yet.

+1 on the Sobremesa and the Fratello Oro...not so much with the MF Connie, but it's been a few years since I smoked my last one...

I completely agree about flavor over strength. Strength isn't even a consideration for me but, I do love a nice thick chewy smoke from my cigars.
