3/5 of tonight's crew called off.

I wish they'd fire some of these jackholes. Call off and post pictures on Facebook poolside at a resort same day should be a termination offense.

Especially when it happens a few times a year.

But everywhere is so desperate for nurses, nobody will ever be fired. Unless of course you fail a piss test. Then you get fired. But not doing your job when you are there, and habitual patterned call offs means nothing.
