drink it all MACS...you want a clean colon when they put the scope in there...they'll let you watch on a monitor and it'll be embarrassing to see fudge particles...

baby wipes are definitely recommended...and some baby oil or other lubricant...otherwise wiping with TP will feel like 60 grit sandpaper...

While doing my last clean out, I actually felt a lot better once I got emptied out. MACs may need a couple of more liters tho.

I'm years overdue, sposeda do every 5 years cause of gut issues, but I cant afford it with the insurance work switched to several years ago.
