That's just Trumps pet name for him, though I have heard that little rocket man would be accurate.

I did a few months back. He was the leader of the National Socialist Party. Lol They we're more "right leaning" socialists, but socialists nonetheless. So I'm sure he was a Libertarian...

Pay close attention to the second paragraph on down on the above linked page. They were a German Nationalist, raciest, totalitarian regime.

Anyway, Trump will win. I'll be forced to go and hold my nose and vote for anyone but a republican in all races as I feel that the current republicans (specifically, Mitch & Trump) have destroyed the party of Reagan that I joined back in '83. 🌫

Al, a few weeks sgo, Trump held a rally in socialist NJ. It was reported that 25% of the crowd where registered Democrats. Surprisingly they where there to cheer the President, not to heckle him. Interesting.

Remember Delta, the poll isn't who you want to win, it's who you think will win.

You may have gotten different numbers if you asked who people would vote for or something like that.

So far we have 20 votes for America, 2 votes for Mother Russia, 1 vote for the Napoleon dictator and 2 pity votes for Brewha. Cool.

It seems like a safe bet that twitler will win the presidential election in 2020.
He'll have about 43% of the popular vote, but will get the electoral college.

He'll claim it's the most decisive victory ever, with the most electoral votes that have ever been voted.

His supporters will believe him.

Things will continue in the direction they have been going.

I may be wrong, but I think the actual numbers may surprise you. Recent Gallup Poll had well over 70% of American voters stating that they where satisfied financially, where doing better then 4 years ago, and expected to be doing even better next year. Many may not come out and publicly admit they support Trump, or approve of his performance, but in the privacy of the voting both, a large number will be voting their wallet. Not to mention his 28% approval rating among non-whites, a modern day record for a Republican president.

You wouldn't happen to have a link?
I tried finding it and found some positive polls, but not necessarily those specific numbers.

edit...
That being said, I don't think the above numbers will actually translate into any difference in votes.

People may do it, but voting for someone just because your finances are better under them is.... bribery.

If some politician said they were going to make sure you earn more money next year, but they're also going to do something bad to someone else... would you still vote for them?

Victor, I was posting from memory and screwed the pooch. According to a Gallup Poll taken in early January 2020, 59% of Americans say they are doing better financially then a year ago. 20% say they are doing worse. But the big take away is that 76% expect to be doing even better in a year, which shows great confidence in the economy. These kind of numbers can only help Trump, but all predictions are only speculation. Nothing is sure until the polls close on 11/3.

Ah, that's closer to the numbers I saw.

Yeah, an interesting poll. Brings up everyone's favorite quote... "it's the economy, stupid".

But don't forget the other part of my post. Choosing to vote strictly on doing better economically, when the same leadership may be doing something bad to someone else... is maybe not the best choice.

But, we're not talking about the best choice. We're talking about the choice people will make.
