Hello folks, I'm hoping for some guidance

I placed an order with cbid on 4/2. It has been in the processing state for 3 weeks and still hasn't shipped yet. I have called cbid multiple times. Each time the agent has told me they don't know why it hasn't shipped. Nothing is on backorder, out of stock, etc. They have said they would resubmit it to the warehouse to ship, but to no avail, still no shipment. I understand covid-19 is causing some delayed but 3 weeks seems excessive.[frypan] I'm getting to the point now where I don't know what to do. Any advice? Can I just cancel my order and move on?
