Did some weight lifting, kettle bell swings, pushups and stuff in the back yard for about 30 minutes.

They really need to open the damn gym. I gotta get back to 180 and sitting on my ass ain't doin' it.

Shawn I am trying to get back to 180 also been a struggle here lately. I can't remember the last time I weighed 180 i am at 194 now.I got down to 185 right before all this **** . No need to make excuses just been lazy here lately.

My wife and BIL have been on a spring cleaning binge. Sparkly up in here... windows, blinds, floors, every-damn-thing. Even my front porch is free of dirt.

I've been sitting on my ass... but I got the music loud enough they can enjoy it, too. 😇
