My dumb ass did it like... 5 times. lol

I've gone up to 218 and down as low as 173. Ideal for me is around 180. Any lower and I look like I am sick.

Nap on the couch. New couch has two recliner spots. It's like an off switch for me. I don't think I've ever sat in it without falling asleep.

Boy even called the recliner handle a "snore switch"

Go back to work tomorrow, so staying up late tonight anyway.

MACS, I am rail thin right now. I wanted to reach a very low body fat percentage. Now the goal is to build lean muscle while killing off the empty fat cells. I think a good weight will be somewhere between 185 and 205. Thanks all. It feels good to have accomplished this. Numi, my circumstances were a little different, but I went from 205 to 267 in 4 months due to health issues. I stayed there about 3 years. I finally said F it, I'm gonna get healthy and went for it in a big way. If some dumb ass like me can do this, anyone can.

The AZ Gov decreed the gyms are open starting today. Been waiting but don't think I'm going back any time soon.

I'm not gonna give up, I already quit sodas and have a new bike. It was on clearance and now I know why, LOL! I have two new inner tubes and just have to replace them. Then off to cycling the hood.

Got my bike back yesterday. Hadn’t brought it in for a full maintenance job in forever. $105. Ouch.

Thank you, Stimulation Check.
