Hey all. Had a large order (over 1k) which was charged (charge has posted on my credit card) on 5/26 and still hasn't shipped. It is still showing as "processing". I have messaged CS multiple times and am currently waiting on the phone for some to answer (going on 65 minutes).

Is this normal? Is there a better way to get ahold of someone at CigarBid to help me?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot.

Just not sure what else to do at this point.

Update - after 90 minutes I got an answer. Due to the large order amount they had to speak with me to verify. Should be good to go now. They upgraded me to faster shipping.

Probably ordered those fresh rolled wheels and I heard they are rolling them as fast as they can.

I had a chance to see Steely Dan........in 1974........FOR FREE!
And I passed, cause I thought I was gonna get laid at this party.

Funny you should mention the ‘74 Dan tour. Saw them with Jesse Colin Young as the opening act. Was a great show!

1974 would be the last year they would tour until 1993.

We show processing on our order for a week. Our bank account has not been charged and we cant get anyone to answer the phone or email? This order was smaller, only about $350.00 so whats the hold up?
