We don’t work here and I really don’t buy here. I’m not here to defend them any more than any of us can help with the issue. CS does not work through the forum.

Their CS is normally top-notch though. Something is happening. It’s unusual. I don’t know if it is pandemic related, system related, growth related or what. My guess is they simply can’t keep up with orders and calls for some reason and it is snowballing on them. They keep feeding each other. My guess is their front line staff are frantically trying, overwhelmed and frazzled. Been there it sucks.

While they need to fix it, there is likely no way of manning up and they are not purposefully not calling etc. it may be impossible to meet demand. Maybe a broadcast message on their site, a sticky note in here or even an email blast just stating the issue would be good. Folks would still be pizzed. But they have never stepped up and did **** like that, or maybe for some reason they can’t. Although this situation is not common this company has never admitted fault when things like this happen. It is a flaw, and they are much like certain leaders in this regard.

Grege93 I get your frustration. I’ve taken issue with a few things over the years like auctioning items that are back ordered and they do not have. It is what it is and you decide how you want to proceed. Your only true options are dispute the charges (easy peasy you keep your money and they owe you nothing) or wait. It sucks.

By the way you have thick skin. Stay awhile. This is a good place with good folks. You don’t have to like cbids products or practices to become part of the community.
