I can't reach customer service via email or phone. Anyone having this problem? Wish I knew what was going on w/them and Cigar Int"l.

Either they stopped Giving a flying F*ck, or they to are having to deal with Corona Virus.

You are not the only one having a problem, and the folks a CBid, do not monitor the forums right now. Prawly related to the 'Rona.
