How long does it usually take them to answer the phone? I'm still on hold going on 30 minutes..... making me angry

The Mag Man, you seem like a good BOTL so I’ll do something Indont normally do. The owner of CBid is Dave, and he really tried to take care of the long time forum members when something is screwy.
