Purchased 3 auction packs on 6/18/20. Only one was delivered. I have called the customer service number 5 times at different times of the day and stayed on hold for 30 minutes each time - no answer. I have sent in 4 CS requests for updates on the order - no response to any. Their prices and my past experience has always been good, but there is a big problem with the company right now. On 8/18/20 it will be 2 months with no delivery and no response and no way to talk to anyone.

I do see that you hash-tagged CelticBomber.

My best advice, if you still can't get through to Customer Service either by telephone or email, and CelticBomber is unresponsive, PM corey sellers. They are both the CBid appointed Customer Service liaisons, and assist with customer service issues when CBid is backed up. I'm surprised Celtic hasn't addressed your concerns. Any time I've had an issue, I bypass Customer Service and go straight to CelticBomber, as he is online far more often than corey sellers, and he has rectified every issue in a very timely manner.

I quit doing this after the first person started crying on the phone I had to pass them on to CelticBomber. Carson are you sure you don't want to help CelticBomber out with the customer service issue. I sure he could use the help with all the current issues.

His name is Dave and he really loves taking care of the long time members of the forum here. Call and ask for Dave, tell him you’re friends with Jaderose on the CBid forums, and let him know what your issue is. He’ll take care of it quicker than Celticbomber’s wife can open jespear’s beer.
