Horrible, non-existent customer service! I only received half of my order, and now there’s no response on the phone and no response to my messages. So frustrating! There’s no way I’m going to sit on hold for 3.5 hours with customer service as noted above. How long does it usually take this Celticbomber fella to reply?

CelticBomber usually replies with an hour or two. Now I’m getting concerned.

Keep PMing him over and over, he answers the loudest people first usually.
