I placed an order today, looked on my porch and it actually arrived yesterday! They must have employed psychics, or possibly aliens who can predict my order and ship it prior to me placing the order. Incredible!

I have sent several CS requests, and attempted to call Cbid over the course of several months now, no response and they just delete my CS requests.

If these CigarBid issues were such a small percentage of cigars shipped, getting someone in customer service to reply or call wouldn’t not be impossible and attempting to have Celtic Bomber intercede, wouldn’t be necessary.
