it's debatable that Fla. Stat. § 104.061 (2) applies...

no evidence that any promises to vote for anyone, or just to vote, were made in exchange...

dunno if he has the time or the man-power or the inclination to get signed declarations from every felon...

it's FL...where Kraft was found not guilty even though there was video evidence...and Gaetz is a clown...

but it would be entertaining to see what happens if they do prosecute Bloomberg...

if he's not running seems to be considerably different than if Trump or Biden did this.
The paying of fines etc allows them to vote, it does not require it nor ask for a specific promise to vote...

though everyone knows it would likely be strongly Dem.
But freeing up legal voters to vote should be encouraged even when things change.
The more legal voters, the healthier.

But someone else paying your restitution doesn't really meet the courts intended requirements does it... it's like letting someone else do your time... 😟
