When this idiot first appeared in June it was Caudswhup, then after a month it went to Codswalup, so somewhere along the line he must have looked it up. I can't imagine that a real person would post like that , so my assumption is that it's an existing member posing as a troll mostly in the political forum, but it could be someone in a mental institution that found a way to access the internet.
