If you added/changed these features you would sell more cigars. A lot more cigars!!!!

1) Buyers should be able to have a list of their favorite cigars. When they come on there should be an automatic filter for them. And you should be sending emails occasionally with all the listings of their favorites.

2) Based on a buyers favorites you should be making customized recommendations for them of new cigars they should try.

3) You should be getting feedback on whether they like the new cigars and always making that system better i.e. more and more accurate prediction they will like the recommendations. You can get more feedback and encourage buyers by giving them points or cash credits in return for the feedback.

All that will add up to a lot of loyalty. All that will add up to features cigar smokers can't get elsewhere. And all that will add up to lots more sales.

You want more ideas, you'd best be sending me a lot of my favorite cigars!!!
