Order for a auction was won on November 11, 2020, it's is now nearly 2 weeks later and the status still says "Processing".

Can't say I've ever dealt with a order thats taken this long. Even sent 2 'contact us' tickets, which have gone unanswered.

What should be my next step?

Check plastic see if you were charged,then dispute it, or just say oh well you impatient 💩.

I have determined that our customer service and shipping department staff are non-essential workers.

poor ol' vw guy.

I had a '69 Bug. Great heat...all Summer. Burnt my clutch foot ankle from the vent in the bottom of the door frame.
Had to stuff the front trunk With blankets in the winter cuz the cold air poured in through the ash tray and the radio.

Fastest car in first gear evah...for 20 feet. All 3 engines I went through.
