am i the only one who has received multiple mis-orders from cigarbid? this time, they only had to get two products correct as my order was only TWO items. nope! they screwed it up and will not reply to my emails. ive called them everyday for the last 2 weeks. each time i am placed on hold.

Slow your roll muchacho... it's been nearly a year since Forum member celticbomber was promoted to official internal forum liason... and he was given that promotion specifically to deal with cases such as yours...

If you tried to pm celticbomber and it's still not solved, then by all means complain away...

But if you haven't done the one thing that everyone knows actually works in this situation, your complaint is without merit...
