Also, it's the doctors right as a private practitioner to choose who they want to do business with. I see nothing ethically wrong with it... pediatricians are everywhere, I'm sure if they look hard enough, they might even be able to find a like minded one (I'm guessing they're rare).

About 10 -15 years ago there was an upstate NY red wine that I drank in 3 liter bottles. Very good wine, perhaps as good as Napa-Sonoma. Suddenly it was no longer on the shelf and no longer available. I'll bet it's now sold in smaller bottles with larger prices. Around 20 years ago we spent a week in NY near Lake Erie and did the wineries. They make some good wines there too. Merritt Estate Winery had quite a number of different good wines.
