Many people have customer service issues and folks on here love to joke with them about it. Since there are very few factual answers that are not people jesting, I will share real experience, with no BS filled in (If you are new here, people will make a lot of fake suggestions just to be funny, maybe you already know that):
After quite a few orders (2-3 a month over last year), I finally had my first issue with a package not shipping out. It was stuck in "processing". I tried to call many times, waited on hold for long periods of time, sent a direct email, sent messages through their customer support page, etc. All to no avail. I had started to feel like it truly was not possible to get ahold of a human being and assumed I'd need to just dispute the charge.
Then, low and behold, I tried calling one more time... and with almost no wait time (less than 5 minutes), a very nice person answered my call and was able to help sort out what happened. I was shocked. I had waited on hold during correct business hours for over an hour a couple times already without ever reaching someone. Total disbelief that this time it was like all easy and different.
So the point here is that this site offers insanely good values (sometimes) and you need to be willing to work extra hard to sort out issues when they come up (which is rare in my experience so far). If you keep trying to call them, apparently eventually it will work out. Of course it shouldn't be that hard. But after feeling like it was truly impossible, it turned out it was just challenging, not impossible.
Hope this helps. If easy access customer service is high on your priority list (wouldn't blame you) then you run a major risk buying from this site and I don't recommend it. But as I have only had one issue out of a really sizable number of orders, I am not giving up.
