With just me,myself and I...........still no pandemic parties in my future.Second round of Moderna vaccine today WOOHOO maybe I'll grow that other (bigger) pecker now.

IMO, if you've had it, and recovered, you're fine. You're not gonna get it again, you're not gonna transmit it. The way the testing is done is part of the problem. You can have viral dna in your nasopharynx and not be sick. Doesn't mean you were infected, and doesn't mean you're clear 2 weeks later. But, again, just my opinion on the matter - like most other viruses, if you've been actually sick from the pathogen and recovered you're not going to recontract or spread it. However, the possibility remains that beyond the typically accepted 2 week period from symptom onset you may become very ill as the damage done invites other problems. We're seeing a lot of that in the last several months. "fully recovered" goes to fully incapacitated a month after the initial illness.

But if we're strictly talking about person to person transmission I don't think it's a thing once recovered from illness or vaccinated. But that's just clinical observation, not scientific data. That's still TBD. Note the vaccines are EUA, not approved. As are the tests. Because of all the uncertainties they'll not be approved until we have the data. Neither the test nor the vaccine. It will be a few years. And by then we could be dealing with the next one.

along with those certainties, tho...once vaccinated, if you do get infected, your chances of not getting severely sick or dying are dramatically reduced...

gotta keep wearing your masks, Whistle, and keep your distance...it aint over until the fat German angel sings...

congrats on moving your survival rate to the top of the board...
