Brave on their part dropping masking and other SARS-COVID2 restrictions to reopen.

If this works congratulations to them. If it goes south they deserve no extra federal money for the mistake they made. They will just have to run in the red.

I hope they are right.

I applaud them. Every covid marker has been on the decline for weeks.

The "cure" was worse than the disease.

It is a irresponsible act that will be widely applauded my those who do not understand the damage it will do or decidedly do not care.

After all, what is half a million dead Americans compared mask wearing, or god help us, bars and restaurants at 50 percent occupancy?

Riddle me that...

Those who sacrifice freedom for temporary safety deserve neither. Libs would rather let big government tell you what you can and cannot do... instead of letting people decide for themselves.

You scared, little girl? Stay in the house, double masked... and for the love of all that is holy and good, get both immunizations!! Find your favorite spread and put it on that d*ck sandwich.

The rest of us will enjoy freedom.

Uh, no.

More people are still dying. And now more rather than less will die.

But really, as long as the buffet is open why let it bother you?

Golden Corral anyone?

They will all be dead in three weeks and I’ll buy up the real estate on the cheap.

Wait...I said that seven months ago when they opened up and we keep California locked down. We’re still locked down and all wear two masks and yet we have the same Covid numbers as those states.

Sure.
It's irresponsible for the government to allow citizens to live their lives.

In just 12 months of masks and media instruction you're 100% in and just waiting to be told what to do next.

Personally, I don't think my state is ready to pull this off just yet. We're too caught up in pushing teachers to the head of the line and worrying about the next racist Dr. Seuss rhyme. We could never handle actual personal responsibility.

I support Gov Abbott's decision wholeheartedly. The rate at which we are receiving vaccinations is mind boggling here in rural Texas. My county is 60% vaccinated with 1100 hundred more doses coming this month. Now from what I hear Dallas,Austin and some of the larger metro areas are way behind us percentage wise.................................but give it time,an astronomical task we will accomplish.

I love how it’s irresponsible for them to do that.

Our piece of šŸ’© Governor has extended her Emergency Order which by law requires adjourning a Special Session to weigh the validity of the EO if it extends past 90 days. Guess what she never did.....guess what the one party rule in our state did. This is the stuff our friendly neighborhood lefties here don’t get on why I absolutely hate the left. I love classic liberalism. But not this.

The party of science until it doesn’t fit.

Florida is a model of excellence compared to NY and what was the MSM narrative on that?
