I feel sorry for the sign language interpreters that have to do the televised press conferences. When politicians aren't reading from a script, it must be nearly impossible for the interpreters capture all the random babble that comes out.

Next time I ever get stuck watching one I'm going to try to see how much they use this sign...

For those in the Boston area: Can you even imagine how hard it must have been to interpret some of Mumbles Menino's words at times?

Menino was brutal.
I don't recall any sign language interpreters when he spoke on TV but they probably would have shrugged a lot and walked off the set.
