Good morning all, it appears to be a wonderful day today.

They say it feels like 28 outside. I'll take their word for it. May have had some snow flurries overnight. It will be a while before I head outside this AM.

Gonna be high 90s but a nice 70 for my early 5 miler. A little pool maintenance and then layabout planned.

Morning gents 6 mile run in been doing 2 miles all week. The most I have ever done was 5 and that was 2 years ago think I could have ran 10 the way I felt .I have not had a drink in 2 days now. First time in a long time that I have not had a drink.

I just finished a hour and one half of swimming. We went out last night to the Crystal Bay Casino. It was very nice, about 10 minutes from home, a very good restaurant, a very nice casino, and a very enjoyable entertainment room.

you planning to do the birth thing on the kitchen table with a birth nurse?

I sure could go for a solid 4 consecutive hours of sleep about now. Best I've done in 3 days is 2:12. Totals have been a hair over 3. According to the fitbit thingy

Trouble is, I'm not the least bit sleepy. I'm tired, sure. But I'm laying in bed just looking around. I meant to take a benadryl or nyquill today. Didn't, and now it's too late to drug myself to sleep or it'll carryover into work. So it'll probably be another couple two three naps and back to work again in just 7.5 hours.
