I have to agree with him... their tires suck. Came stock on my car, they were ice skates after a month.

This is old news from last summer, instigated by Goodyears woke management that banned employees from wearing MAGA hats. Anyway, I hope Goodyear is happy with Biden destroying America.

I had Goodyear Custom wide tread poliglass tires on my old muscle car and they were great, but that was a long time ago.

Bridgestone

Pilot Super Sports were consistently rated the #1 performance tire when I had my Infinitis. Putting some Nitto's on the wife's hoopdie on Saturday.

had Bridgestone OEM, replaced with two sets of Hankook Ventus,

those three sets lasted about 30K miles each...

now have Michelin Pilot Sport A/S... got about 22-23K miles on them and they still have at least 50% more tread

Michelin best set...car handles better, by far...$40 more per tire, but will be worth it if I don't have to buy any more tires before I sell the car...

Toyo Open Country AT II's on my Tacoma,second set got 60,000 plus out of the first.Michelin's on wifey's Highlander,unsure which,factory installed,so far so good.You couldn't give me Goodyear's or Bridgestone's,had a schitty set of each

Love Michelin and have had the super sports on the gti. Meh. Not bad, not great. But on the pilot and other utility cars hard to beat.

And I know what tire rack says just like I know what CNET says about TVs and consumer reports says about most everything. Opinions and butt holes.

I've had the best luck with Toyo and BFGoodrich truck tires over the years. Running Nitto now but think I'm a switch back to Toyo or maybe try Cooper.

Not ignoring them. Went with the super sports because of them. Wasn’t impressed. Not bad nit great. Went pirellis next. They were better but didn’t wear well.

Lost faith in consumer reports as of late. Used to use them a lot. They’ve been missing the mark quite a bit.

I’d trust your experience though MACS. If you’ve compared a few sets I’d definitely listen.

And as I said I’m a Michelin guy depending on the application.

Goodyear Eagles on my Accord. I am happy with them. Had them before too and they were fine.
