Actually she has a point. If I remember correctly this all started because the Israelis are evicting Palestinians from their homes. Seems like just about everybody has taken one side or another for years now. I have always been pro- Israeli, but this time I'm having trouble defending them.

We, the US taxpayer funded this insanity. F@CK them. I don't feel an ounce of sympathy for the animals that they are. They deserve to live in squalor and rags. It really leads credence to the thought that if we give them money...they'll kick it back as "donation" like a big slush fund. All funded by the US taxpayer. There were zero results with the money.

Omar is someone who should just go away.

I am struggling with this one a bit though because it doesn't appear to me either side is a good and pure player. I know we need to jump to one side or the other and defend it. I have a hard time defending either.

Didn't Bebe just fail to put together the government. I honestly haven't looked but I think I remember hearing that. I wonder what impact this will have for him. I'm cynical about both sides (actually multiple) and the politics involved.

Christ some are trying to make this a Trump/Biden issue. That says a lot in terms of the political gamesmanship and no real logic.

Well have ing a DJT/Sleepy thing isn’t that crazy when you have vastly different policy and vastly different outcomes....it’s not rocket surgery.

I’m not a big pro Israel guy, but I hate cowards who put rocket batteries in high density populations just for the media to do their bidding in how they report.....

The dispute over the contested lands is many, many centuries old. Nothing has changed over some land-grab evictions/dome of the rock bull$hit.

Our President doesn't have the IQ to see how terrible it is to want to reopen dialog with the PLO though. He's an utter and complete failure of a President. All he had to do was run on autopilot...it was all set up but this guy is hellbent on reversing EVERYTHING 45 did...right or wrong. Our border security...shambles. Our energy independence...on fire. Our World Cop beat...nappy time. It's a world on fire and the leaders of nations that wish our harm...they smell blood in the water.

Tonz there is nothing compair here. Eviction is not murder. There would be little if any Palestinian civilian deaths if the cowards were not using civilians a a shield. Israel needs tob end Hamas. Since any independent government of Palestine will continue to murder Israeli citizens they should also male it a Principality.

You can't just drop a colony onto an already inhabited country, then cry foul when they resist occupation.

We here in the US aren't really in a position to talk sh*t to/about Israel, because we live in a country that was born of conquest. But all you have to do is look at a map from the early 1900s and compare it to a map from today and it's pretty obvious what's going on there. It is conquest. And calling it what it is isn't racist or anti-Semitic. I just wish my tax dollars weren't paying for it.

I don't think we want to bring the UN in to this (ie to justify or not justify anything). I'm not sure the UN position is what many of us want to hang our hat on.
