My order got damaged during shipping and never got delivered to me, has anyone else had this issue, if so what does Cigar Bid do? I'm assuming they'll send another shipment, but when? I've messaged CB twice a week ago and have had no response, is this normal? Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Well I finally got a hold of someone on the phone after being on hold for an hour, they are going to send another order out tomorrow. Thanks for the response guys.

I need help too. Just a few items in the box were damaged due to UPS. I have emailed several times directly to who I had communicated with before about a bid.
I ordered $700 worth of stuff and the ups ground guys were not nice to it.
Can anyone get me this person to get in touch with??
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Actually my issue is with Cbid & UPS Goob.I didn't get everything I ordered due to them throwing all my cigars in a box and handing it off to ups ground to throw around and damage. Bottom line I purchased items from CigarBid.com and they failed to deliver everything I purchased (unbroken).
So I expect the 2 items that were damaged.
If they don't like fixing ups ground's mess ups, they should pack better or at least put a damn fragile sticker on it.
I sure as hell didn't drop $750 for broken sticks. Take better care of it for goodness sakes.
So do fuqoff now Goob.

I’ve never received damaged cigars from CBid.......who’s the moron now dumbass. In fact I get sweet notes from the staff in my packages, and I also get cigars I didn’t even order with notes like “Dear Z, for being so handsome and intelligent here some cigars some stupid noob won but we didn’t like him, so we told him he didn’t win that bid and decided to give them to you.

I also get free overnight shipping,

Maybe you should try not being a douche nozzle and email them nudes like I do.

Thanks Palama. I Did. I took pictures of the crushed box, the broken cigars, and I have video of the UPS guy dropping it off like that at my door. I asked them ( in a few of my many emails to them) if they needed any of that or if they would like me to send the damaged cigars back. However I have gotten no response. That's why it's so frustrating.
I do appreciate your concern as far as what I did.
