I say this with no sense of irony or sarcasm. You erroneously assume:
(1) This is a normal place with normal adults who have better things to do than troll new people. It's not, and they don't. Complaining about CBid here is just an invitation to assholery.
(2) Related to #1, one might assume CBid monitors the forum for customer feeback, etc. They don't. They don't seem to care at all what happens on here as long as you don't mention their competition and don't use curse words like "****." Although it's less clear to me if you get in trouble by mentioning a curse word rather than using it. For example, if I don't know how they react to mentioning that "assholery" is a compound of "****" and the suffix "ry" to indicate a a type of behavior.
(3) Related to # 2, you assume CBid cares about customer service. It doesn't.
Basically what seems to have happened over the years is that the **** and trolls have staked this place out as their turf. One would think they pay for the server, upkeep for the website, etc. But, basically, their just **** with too much time hands and too little understanding.
So, either hang around an help make it a better place, or let them run you off like they run off most normal people.
