Agreed, Danm. When I was just a wee lad in the Navy I was a boiler technician. Lots of manual labor in hot and humid conditions. Lots of wrench turning, sand blasting, chipping, painting... and I was 170-175 and ate what I wanted and drank beer all the time.
I still like turning wrenches, but the body ain't built to do that stuff for life. That's fer damn sure.
