He offered 4 options. Two brands, two efficiency levels. I've known the dude for 30 years, told him to just do what's best. He suggested doing the furnace too, for about 3k more. Said it'll be 5k if done separately, but I had to say no. I should do it, but I just don't have the money.

There goes another $5k.
