What's up, dudes?
Probably taking the day off from working out. I swam three of the last five days and my body is too tired (in a good way).

Really looking forward to getting back in shape, but it has been a decade or more since I have exercised and certainly haven't been in good shape for much longer than that. No more. Back to feeling good about exercise again. Just like the good old days (or at least I will really try to make it that way). Swimming is a sport where you often get better with age, I won't ever be the beast I was, but don't care. Just like feeling better.🇨🇮

Yum brands sold off Long Jon Silver's about10 years ago. Yum owns Taco Bell, KFC and another I can't remember. I remember my last stop there around Scranton, PA on the way home from a vacation trip. That was in the last century tho.

Older I get the more I think getting another boat is not such a good idea. Boy it's fun when you're out there fishing, but cleaning everything afterwards (I still have 5 fish to clean, and my rods/reels) is a pain in the arse.

At one point in the last 10-15 years, there was a long John's in Fresno that still had a wine and beer license... last time I went to one was probably 3 years ago and it was mixed with a kfc.... which is weird cuz they both sell deep fried chicken...

Don't remember the penguin at Treacher's but I wasn't a regular there either...but it makes sense as Arthur Treacher had that butler type persona thing going for him.
