Some Cherub Rock....

Who wants honey?
As long as there's some money
Who wants that honey?

Let me out
Let, let me out
Let, let me out
Let, let me out

Two cups of coffee in the gullet. Ready to rock and roll.

To do list:
Recharge friend's car's A/C.
Figure out why the speaker bar cuts in and out at another friend's place.

Homework:
- Make a PowerPoint presentation for XYZ buisness work flow project: Gantt chart and and $hit.
- Write up a web services implementation plan thingy for another class.

Prolly a cat nap mixed in there somewhere.

Way to frickin nice outside to hang out inside. Clear skies, sunny, mid 70's. It's going to be a fight to over come procrastination to do my homework and stuff, and stuff... On a day like today, I miss doing gardening and lawn care chores.

Good Sunday Morning!

On June 6, 1944, Supreme Allied Commander General Dwight D. Eisenhower gives the go-ahead for the largest amphibious military operation in history: Operation Overlord, the Allied invasion of northern France, commonly known as D-Day.

Good morning.
90F today.
Need to spread some mulch in front of the house. Got a great deal (50% off) so I bought 20 bags at Home Depot. Wife is going to help me. Then, we'll jump in the pool before getting ready to got to Publix. I hate yardwork in the heat and humidity.

Woo Hoo! Wife wants to do the yardwork without me (because I am unwilling to do it the exact way she wants me to) and I'm going to the grocery instead. Gotta love A/C!

Date morning with the wife... we've had 2 dates in the last year, both to get our vaccines...

dropping the kids off at grandparents and then we're going to a cigar bar and maybe the nice casino up by Yosemite...

thought about fishing but it's been too hot to get into the garage and get gear organized and sorted... I'm readyish for saltwater but not the lake...

Morning gents. A nice 77/103 and very low RH today and a great early morning for a fast, hard 5 miler followed by taking the '65 Vette out for a little exercise of it's own.

The COVID claimed Jon Rahm yesterday. He was leading the Memorial golf tournament buy 6 shots at the end of the third round and only needed to phone it in today to win about $1.8 million. At the end of his round he was informed he had tested positive and had to withdraw. RIP Jon.

Well FCA reared it's ugly head yet again.

I got 10 minutes away from the track and the coolant gauge was pegged hot.

Stopped and put 10 bottles of water in there. Just pouring right back out.

I've taken it to 3 dealerships saying I smell coolant. All of them said it's fine.

Waiting on aaa to tow me home. They won't take passengers, and can't tow the camper till Tuesday. So my dad's making a 5 hour trip to get the camper, aaa for my truck is 6 hours out when I called them. Got 2 hours to go.

Trucks getting fixed and getting sold. I'm done with this thing. I was optimistic coming up to Michigan, everything went well. But I didn't even get 10 minutes away heading home and it showed its colors. Never buying another Ram. I thought I wanted one for the nice interior, but the rest of the truck is hot steamy garbage.

Maybe a Tundra? They're spendy, but the Japanese sure do know how to build engines.

Couple track buddies run Tundras. They seem to like em.

I prefer to stay in 3/4-1 ton chassis though. Plenty half tons to choose from, but once you've towed with a heavy duty truck it's really hard to go back.

Hemi tows 11,700... hasn't left me stranded yet... though it's only got 11k miles on it.

I've never been a fan of the 6.4L. Obviously neither are you, now. F250?

Newer diesels with the def seem to suck balls.

Wife wanted to eat at a specific restaurant for breakfast. Had nothing to do with the couple of stores we HAD to stop at on our way home. Waiting patiently.

On the bright side, I learn eventually. Finished one cigar that I brought just in case. Now I'm waiting patiently at a nearby taphouse. If she doesn't move it soon, I'll have no choice but to start a second smoke

So at the 6 hour mark still didn't have a phone call from a tow truck. Already had the camper on my dad's truck.

I called aaa back again. On hold another 30 minutes. Then they say they can't find a company willing to take the job. WTF am I paying for then?! I bought premier plus rv for pretty much this exact situation. Would've been great if they told me before I spent all day sitting in a parking lot waiting.

Bought more water and filled the overflow tank to the top. Pouring straight back out but I drove it 3 miles to a dealership. Gotta roadtrip back up to Michigan when it's done.

Well played sir. My wife will not let me near the clothing washer because years ago I washed all the colors and whites in the same load. 🇨🇮

This was a strategic plan of incompetence with my ex. I was banned from washing any of her clothes after a couple of times.

All my s#it goes in the same load no matter what it is. I don't have any dry clean only or special wash instructions for any of my clothes. If I happen to buy any by mistake and it doesn't make it through a standard cycle, it wasn't meant to be and it becomes a fresh rag for oil changes and stuff.

Shorts and tshirt or jeans and tshirt for me.

I know how to do laundry, though... 'tards.
